FM DENTAL 2025

FM Dental Clinic is the outcome of an interior design approach that balances functional requirements with spatial atmosphere.

At the outset, the existing characteristics of the building were carefully studied; in particular, the geometry of the main staircase and the organization of the entrance became key elements that guided the design process.

Located along Akçam Street in the 4th Levent district of Istanbul, the project stands within a compact urban setting defined by rhythm, light, and proximity.

This plan illustrates the relationship between the clinic’s interior calmness and the dynamic pulse of the city outside.

Clarity of circulation was prioritized in the planning.

The waiting area, examination rooms, and support units were connected through a layout that simplifies the relationships between patients, doctors, and staff.

This not only facilitated daily use but also gave the clinic experience a more transparent structure.

Material choices emphasized hygiene and durability, while maintaining a calm and composed atmosphere.

Natural light, light-colored surfaces, and measured detailing together reinforced a sense of trust and comfort for users.

This project demonstrates that healthcare environments can be addressed not only through functionality but also through aesthetics and experience.

DETAILS Surface proportions, transitions between materials, and joint logic were approached as fundamental elements shaping the space’s character.
