The project establishes a spatial language that aligns city, material, and brand into a unified architectural identity. Conceived as a primary retail framework, the design is intended to be replicated across multiple urban contexts including Barcelona, Lisbon, and Milan.
Rather than a singular storefront, Urban Form Lab operates as a design system — a set of spatial principles, material choices, and circulation logics that can be applied and adapted across cities while maintaining a coherent brand identity.
Experiencing Urban Form
We approach retail as an evolving spatial system. Urban Form Lab defines a framework where architecture, brand, and city operate as one. Designed to adapt, repeat, and remain consistent across different urban contexts.
